One of the biggest problems I face during writing my second draft is that I found it hard to maintain the fluency in my writing. I simply threw out the points I want to talk about in my first draft but some of them don’t link well with each other and may be difficult to follow as I move into the next topic. I would like to work on the fluency of my paper by the end where I have all the information I want to put in and start to look at it as a whole.
As I’m moving towards my final draft, I need to spend some time on my word choices and prepositions since I’m an international student and English is not my native language. So, I would want to make sure that my grammar is right and my sentence structures are clear and efficient in order for me to elaborate on my points.
Also, I want to further develop my thesis as I finish writing the whole essay. I still think the wording of it could be more precise and accurate in terms of the argument I’m trying to convey. I need to make sure that all my paragraphs are centered around this thesis.
Fluency is great to have. If you are struggling with English as it is not your native language I recommend getting your essay reviewed by someone who’s native language is English so they can help edit and provide you with the correct grammar. This will not only help your current essay, but it will also help you understand how to better your upcoming ones too.

I respect your ability to clearly identify your flaws when it comes to your own work. Like $carpa said it may be effective to go to the writing center to have someone go over your writing with you. This would be an important step because no matter how strong your claims are, if your essay is a jumble of words your point won; y get across.

I have to say that if your writing in your essay is anything like your writing in this blog, I’m sure you’ll be well off in the grading process. Your ability to not only identify but also to verbalize your perceived shortcomings mark a level of experience and wisdom that is seldom found in short blogs like this one. If you’re interested in a tool that may be able to help with uncertainties in your grammar, here’s a super helpful link that you can use in the future! https://www.grammarly.com/

I find flow in my writing to be difficult to maintain through the drafting process as well, and it’s something I will continue to work to improve. Something I do to encourage myself is to remind myself that I’ve looked at these words hundreds of times, and that if I take a step back and read them with a fresh slate, they usually sound a little more connected. Also, as Luke said, if your writing here reflects the writing in your essays, I’m sure you have nothing to worry about!
